POSITION SUMMARY

We are looking for a detail oriented individual to join the Medicare Pend team. Plan Sponsor Service Consultants (PSSC) reconcile transaction errors received from the Centers of Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) via research or outbound call, resolve internal discrepancies, process administrative updates for existing members and create retro review packages as needed.

Fundamental Components:

A PSSC must be able to meet the demands of a high paced environment with tight turnaround times while maintaining quality metrics. Participate on team, regional, or company-wide projects as assigned.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, as is the ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Excel. Microsoft Access skills are a plus. Experience with Aetna's HMO Eligibility (GEBAR), IOP and ICWS preferred.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
