Technical lead acting as SFDC Administrator/Developer will support development of a critical member facing application in the channel domain leveraging SFDC capabilities and deliver accelerated business value meeting strategic business goals and objectives. Responsible for providing mentoring and guidance to the development
team and collaborate with stakeholders across business units and deliver state
of the art digital assets using the latest technologies
Fundamental Components included but are not limited to:
Has demonstrated ability using SFDC capabilities to its fullest extent possible and developing custom solutions.
Leads or acts as a technical contributor to translation of business requirements to technical specifications, the design of new applications or enhancements to existing enterprise solutions
Efficiently utilizes the prescribed methodology in a disciplined manner, which may include the execution of key
technical reviews at projects gates and/or milestones.
Anticipates, analyzes, and reacts to the potential impact changes to technology and/or products may have on the business and the computing environment.
Serves as team leader to direct technical activities (including analysis, planning, architecture, design, development, testing, installation, and maintenance of support systems for business areas). Interacts and receives general direction from the Business, Project Managers or Application architects.
Apply industry wide understanding of technology, tools and methodologies to assist in developing solutions on projects of strategic significance.
Evaluate and identify issues and constraints pertaining to technology approach; coordinate evaluation of
solutions to insure adherence to Aetna technology standards (such as security, database, etc.)
nsures technology remains at current levels for enterprise tools and operational upgrades.
Needs a basic understanding of vendor contract stipulations for outsourcing agreements
Qualifications Requirements and Preferences:
Experience with design and development of complex systems including requirements analysis, estimation, and implementation and testing.
Experience with all aspects of Service Cloud Application design and development including Service Console,
Case Management, Omni Channel, Live Agent, Knowledge.
Must have SFDC Advanced Administrator/Developer certification
Experience in developing enterprise level applications with lightning experience which combines SLDS, Lightning Components, Lightning App Builder.
Proficient in migrating the applications from salesforce classic to lightning.
Hands on experience with web development technologies like HTML, CSS, Java Script and AJAX tools.
Expertise in User and Security management including profiles, permission sets, OWD, Field Level Security etc.
Prefer SAFe certification 3-5 years of demonstrated experience developing and implementing using Agile methodology and practices and RTC.
SF Standard Development (Apex, Flows, Object modeling) API Integration with external systems SF Admin (Profile, Reports, Dashboard)
Hands-on with Salesforce development methodologies and Release Management tools.
Familiarity with Salesforce metadata.
Experience in Health industry, including familiarity with regulations affecting the industry (e.g. HIPAA).
