POSITION SUMMARY

Supporting sales and new business to retain business and secure new business through promotion, implementation and evaluation of a plan sponsor specific population health strategy.

Fundamental Components:

Working with a book of business - 50%

Working with external business partners including brokers, vendors, and community organizations - 20%

Working with internal partners improving programs, reporting, implementation systems and training account managers and other departments on population resources 20%

Working on one off accounts 10%

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE desired:

4-6 years wellness program management experience.

2-4 years sales experience.

Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work with all tools in Microsoft office

Analytic abilities to make recommendations from data

Knowledge of disease processes, illness prevention, and population health required.

Advanced degree preferred

Ability to travel to client sites.

EDUCATION

The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Master's degree.
