Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8 plus years relevant work experience.

Project Manager, Change Initiatives - Food and Beverage Operations, Global Business Unit

This is an opportunity to join a select team of project management and operations professionals driving change through global, cross-functional business initiatives in the Operations team of the newly formed Food and Beverage Global Business Unit.

As part of this team, you can expect to take on a variety of key and challenging projects and initiatives from across the functions of the GBU. Some may be tactical in nature and others will be critical and strategic. You will do research and diagnostic work to develop detailed project plans. You will build relationships and collaborate among stakeholders, provide working group and executive level communications on objectives, progress and obstacles and you will develop persuasive, thoroughly analysed and compelling cases for change and resolution of issues.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:

5 years of relevant sales operations experience, including 3 years of cross-functional project manager or general operations experience.

Strong analytical and personal communication skills including ability to represent complex topics to executive audiences.

Ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers and work with a highly collaborative style.

Solid planning and tracking skills with great attention to detail.

Ability to produce high-quality internal deliverables.

Ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand and manage project expectations.

Creativity and independent judgment in identifying and resolving major issues and risks impacting project success.

Understanding of what makes a project team perform well and how to motivate them.

Provide mentorship and guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

Ability to communicate at all levels.

Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and function in a fast-paced, complex environment.

A PMI credential or Project Manager Accreditation is beneficial.

Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills are required. Examples of Powerpoint decks, project plans and analytical work will be requested.

Emphasis will be given to the candidate who demonstrates productive experience in the following areas:

Demonstrated success with cross-functional business projects.

Knowledge of Oracle contracting, financial reporting and sales practices and systems.

Experience in an Oracle Sales Operations team managing systems, processes and tools and interacting with sales leaders and individual contributors.

Demonstrated success managing multiple projects/programs concurrently.

Demonstrated success prioritizing workload for yourself and holding others accountable for their commitments even when they do not directly report to you.

Demonstrated stakeholder management at senior levels of the organization.

Ability to travel occasionally as needed is required but not expected to be more than 25% of time.

This position will be based in North America but the successful candidate is expected to work outside of normal business hours due to the global focus of work and the need to accommodate colleagues in other time zones. This position is suitable for a remote worker.
