QA Analyst - RGBU Omnichannel Team
position is for the Omnichannel team. The Omnichannel team
develops a highly integrated suite of retail products from store systems
(point of service and payment applications) to corporate systems that
include: customer engagement, order management, supply chain, loss
prevention, and inventory management. This position will focus on payment applications and integration with point of service.
Omnichannel QA team is a global team with managers and team members
aligned with the various products in the suite. The QA team is comprised of both functional and automation
testers that use the same tools and processes across products.
Knowledge of retail operations and systems is a plus.
Allof the development teams subscribe to the Agile development methodologyand use the following tools extensively: Jira, Confluence andZephyr.
Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities is required.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.
As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will design, install and evaluate quality control methods and systems. Design continuing maintenance of product quality. Develop standards and procedures to provide quality guidance and methods.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation; displays understanding of roles, processes and procedures. Performs moderately complex problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and processes. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. A of 1 year of software engineering or related experience.
