Eaton Corporation Plant HR Manager in Bosconero, Italy

Eaton Corporation has an opening for a Plant HR Manager, located in Bosconero (TO).

Primary function:

Administers human resources policies in a plant environment.

Manage industrial relations on perimeter sites.

Manage training, compensation, and all other activities needed to carry out human resources objectives and programs.

Establish, guarantee and maintains a positive employee relations environment through adherence to Eaton’s Values, Ethics and Philosophy.

Essential functions:

a) Hold an active role in negotiations with internal unions representatives

b) Manage local recruiting processes as per company procedures

c) Manage coordination among HR office and other departments in order to support people management processes and guarantee contractual rules and legal aspects application.

d) Manage the Communication processes and tools

e) Support MOPs in definition of development paths and give support in C&B plans applications as per local an corporate policies

f) In co-operation with Plant Mgr elaborates OCA and development plans as per Eaton Corporation guidelines

g) Manage training process in application of local and national rules and as per ISO TS and ISO guidelines

h) Manage the disciplinary processes and cooperates in definition of potential related legal aspects with third parties

i) Supervises and manage the temporary workers hiring.

j) Forster the process of Cultural Change and Engagement of the employees through support to all functions in communication processes

m) Monitor all HR KPI's.

n) Actively sponsor activities of LDC, Wellness and charitables.


Master Degree in Law or Humanities

3/5 years in Manufacturing HR environment

Labor law, Quality requirements (e.g. IATF, ISO...), basic EHS Matters, Lean Manufacturing, development and C&B policies

Communication skills, Leadership style, Professional standing, Managerial skills, negotiation skills
