This position is part of the Retail Intermediary Service Team within Wells Fargo Funds Management (WFFM), a division of Wells Fargo Asset Management. WFFM is the 19th largest mutual fund company in the U.S. with about $190 billion in assets under management.

This role will include but is not limited to: telephone calls to/from financial advisors, clarifying their needs, providing information on products and services, and producing sales referrals to Retail Intermediary Sales team. Provide sales support and partner with the Associate Regional Directors and Regional Directors. Maintain current knowledge of the firm's products and investment outlooks. Complete special projects as assigned.

Multiple positions are open in either Boston, MA or Menomonee Falls, WI.

Required Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) exams to qualify for immediate registration (or FINRA recognized equivalents)

  • 5+ years of client service experience
