Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of 0 - 2 years of Accounting or Finance; or equivalent experience is preferred.
Working PC Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Hyperion and SAP experience is a plus.
Moderate written and verbal communication skills.
Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize job duties in an organized and efficient manner.

As a Financial Analyst I working on the Olympus FP&A team, you will be empowered and inspired to do your best work. You will contribute to our mission by strong analytics, critical thinking, collaboration and a solution driven attitude.
Analyze departmental operating expense results and variances in order to ensure accuracy as well as identify any emerging trends.
Review and provide standard set of reports to Finance Managers and department leaders.
Prepare the annual Budget and quarterly forecasts related to operating expenses. This includes preparing/updating reports, making operating expense changes in the financial system, and expense variance analysis.
Prepare Journal Entries and Reports for the monthly close process.
Work closely with the financial systems group to develop and implement system based approaches for financial planning and analysis.
Perform all other essential duties as assigned.

The Financial Analyst I will be responsible for performing financial analysis and supporting the budgeting and forecasting of Corporate and Shared Service Operating Expenses. The incumbent will perform expense related activities for the month end close, budgeting and forecasting processes in order to manage and control spend. The incumbent will possess the ability to analyze and interpret financial data under direct supervision and follow specific instructions to prepare requested reports and analyses.
