LCSP Program Specialist, Business Project Mgmt

Role Summary

Supports the planning and execution of programs and communications to the LCSP community.Works cross-functionally to support the firm strategy as it relates to the role and responsibilities of the LCSP. Performs a variety of operational and professional work duties involving the coordination, planning, and managing of various programs and assists in the design, development, and implementation of new program designs and operations.

Overall Responsibilities

Communications & Marketing

  • Working with teams from across the Firm, develop, curate, and edit content for two bi-weekly newsletters distributed to cross-functional client leaders

  • Provide logistical and strategic planning support on core LCSP community programs; assist in the planning and execution of webcasts, onboarding, master s labs, and transition labs as needed

  • Develop marketing materials and communications (e.g., collateral, invitations, briefing decks, etc.) for ongoing programming and for the annual LCSP Academy learning event at Deloitte University

  • Serve as the key POC for all USI related requirements including maintaining LCSP program website

  • Manage and serve as first responder for LCSP community mailbox and LCSP program lab mailbox

Project Management, Operations & Program Support

  • Manage team operations, including providing logistical support for weekly team meetings, team calendar updates, and periodic in-person team strategy sessions

  • Complete data tracking, reporting and analysis, including monthly and quarterly reporting to key firm leaders

  • Manage facilitator and participant lists for key programs

  • Manage distribution lists for LCSP community

  • Drives ad hoc projects and analysis as needed

Required Technical Skills

Proficient Microsoft Office skills; ability to work virtually with colleagues around the globe; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deliverable due dates and tasks with quick turnaround times; ability to travel as required

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related area; Minimum of 1-2 years of related experience in professional services and/or business operations
