Bank of America Marketing Programs Dev Mgr II in Boston, Massachusetts
This position focuses on leveraging data (from existing data sources or potentially suggesting new ones), business/marketing trends, competitor info, etc. to help LOB marketing managers identify macro topics/themes based on what’s resonating amongst existing content/programming; uncover target audience/segment insights and channel/tactic improvements or refinements; and find potential “leads” for marketing managers to deliver to LOB partners. There may also be cross-LOB initiatives that need help with oversight, strategy development and project management.
Examples of initiatives include:
Work with Digital Team to help LOB marketing managers manage and leverage the data and reporting for their programs/campaigns
Owned channels: Web, Email, Social, Webinars, Events
Paid channels: Paid Social, Content Promotion, Sponsorships, Paid Media, Paid Search
Earned channels: PR, Influencer
Understand GBAM learning agenda and work with team to finalize plan, assist with methodology where needed, bring in Brand, Research or other teams and work to tie measurement to goals
Communicate “best practices” to team
Leading any training topics and schedules – manage end-to-end
Central coordinator for cross-LOB pages (i.e. regional pages, solutions pages, hamburger menu)
Tagging and taxonomy review
Help manage Featured Content, Case Studies and any other Home Page content or updates
Assist in project management of website improvement projects
7+ years of marketing experience, B2B and/or financial services.
Strategic thinker with ability to understand the big picture while maintaining attention to detail and error-free output and execution
Ability to work across a large and diverse corporation while demonstrating strong teamwork and consensus building skills.
Excellent project management skills: Strong communication, organizational, time management skills and attention to detail.
Must be a team-player, enthusiastic, positive, polished, poised and professional in a highly professional business setting
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Ability to prioritize and multi-task; work under tight deadlines
