The Sr. Consultant develops and maintains personal and working relationships with key client stakeholders to transition into the role of a trusted advisor and facilitate the sharing of advice and information relevant to the client, developing new and expanded business, and gaining client referrals. Responsibilities include: Client Relationship Management : • Develop long-term relationships with clients and prospects, carriers/vendors and other key stakeholders • Determine full scope of services provided to the client and sets roles/responsibilities within the client team • Act as trusted client advisor by delivering excellent service and advice Business Development : • Grow the business by proactively identifying new and expanded sales opportunities • Drive new opportunities for other lines of business and Operating Companies Delivering Client Work : • Manage overall service delivery on complex client engagements, including strategy, financial evaluations, plan design, renewal, business placement and benchmarking Vendor Management : • Develop relationships with senior representatives at client and carriers/vendors • Negotiate with carriers/vendors on behalf of clients to ensure competitive pricing and service Project Management : • Monitor project scope, budget, timeliness and client satisfaction to ensure profitability • Appropriately delegates work to junior colleagues to leverage effectively People Development : • Actively participates in initiatives to lead, manage, mentor and develop others 5-10 years of H&B or relevant insurance industry experience required R041183-en R041183
