The Systems & Rewards Specialist will provide daily support to the HRIS and Compensation teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain roles and permissions for users in UltiPro;

  • Maintain roles and permissions for HRC team;

  • Maintain users in UltiPro Time Management and troubleshoot access issues;

  • Maintain content of UltiPro Web homepage;

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with software vendor by creating support tickets;

  • Assist with UltiPro password resets;

  • Perform customer service functions by responding to employee requests and questions;

  • Assist with resolving data errors on weekly vendor and import file feeds to other systems;

  • Process employee data field updates, as needed:

  • Administer the performance review cycle and process;

  • Coordinate and aide in execution of End of Year and Bonus compensation projects;

  • Assist in performing and delivering market/job analysis for school customers;

  • Assist with various research projects and/or special projects; and

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associates Degree required

  • Experience working with HR technology preferred (or similar)

  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented

  • Familiarity with UltiPro is a plus

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively both with and without supervision

  • Commitment to customer service
