The Tech Start Program – which is part of the Verizon Campus Program – will give you a chance to channel your drive and enthusiasm. What we’re looking for...

You’ll need to have:

  • Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, or Ph.D degree program in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Product Design, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related major with an expected completion date between December 2019 to August 2020.

  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.

Even better if you have:

  • Demonstrated independent thinking, relationship management and attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical, communication, leadership and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-moving, team environment.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite of Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with some of the following technologies and disciplines: Java, Python, Go, .NET, Data Structures, Algorithms, Wireless Networking, Jenkins, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Kubernetes.
