The Sales Enablement Director executive position within Watson Health will be a proven leader with exceptional organization, communication, training, and process skills all geared towards accelerating sales knowledge, comprehension, and experience for our global sales team. This role will be responsible for working with multiple cross-functional teams across the Go-To-Market organization to develop, manage and deliver sales training and certifications to their global sales team.
Responsibilities Include:
Work directly with Sales and Offering Management teams to continually strategize, evaluate, create and deliver field based training needs and initiatives to ensure Watson Health sellers are positioned to be successful
Work with Marketing and Offering teams on the creation of field based Sales Assets and Go To Market product offering packaging and materials of value to the field based sales organization.
Creation of a Voice of the Field, Voice of the Market process that ensures that the Enablement Services, Sales Assets and Go To Market Offering packaging supports and drives sales growth.
Improve time to competency while reducing time to revenue through execution of sales enablement programs, specifically with our new hire onboarding
Develop, lead and manage the delivery of onboarding and ongoing training programs
Orchestrate all required materials, training, coaching and certification programs
Leverage Marketing and Offering Management where necessary for content
Insure mastery of skills and sales readiness of GTM sales organization
Necessary Expertise includes:
10-15 years of training/enablement experience
Executive and Management experience in large scale organizations
Healthcare industry expertise
Understanding of Sales Methodologies
Very strong training facilitation and presentation skills; ability to present to the highest levels of the organization exuding professionalism, confidence and knowledge
Demonstrates commitment to open communication and collaborative teamwork
Prioritizes changing demands, multi-tasks and creatively meets tight deadlines in a dynamic environment
Any US location but Boston, MA or New York, NY preferred
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
10-15 years of training/enablement experience
