Oracle Wealth Management –Field Industry Luminary in Boulder, Colorado

Overlay sales personnel providing specialist product expertise to the sales force.

Partners with Account, Technology, and Application sales representatives to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions. Provides specific industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory. Interacts with sales team to architect the solution, and develop and execute solution strategies for market. Manages solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and necessary resources for all qualified opportunities. Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility. Presents/demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees. May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions. Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge.

Subject matter expertise in industry/product space. Knowledge of key industry leaders and management. Knowledge of Oracle competition. Presentation and product demonstration experience. Previous consultative selling experience preferred. Excellent communication, negotiating, and closing skills with prospects and customers. Travel may be needed. BA/BS degree in related field.

The OracleCloud Applications organization has an immediate opening for a WealthManagement Luminary. This new and seniorrole is positioned to take the Oracle Cloud message into the Wealth Managementmarketplace, directly to the C-suite like never before.

What are the Luminary sresponsibilities?

This person will be shaping Oracle s voice to Wealth Managementorganizations and Executive audiences. Willengage regularly through Sales opportunities to ensure that our technical andselling teams capture and communicate the full value of Oracle s products andeffectively shape that value in terms that leaders in the Wealth Managementindustry recognize and understand.

In addition to building a close relationship with Field Sellers, itwill be the responsibility of this person to partner and participate with keyinternal Oracle stakeholder groups, such as Product Marketing, ProductDevelopment, and Oracle Consulting to shape our company messages, products, anddelivery with a Wealth Management POV that s differentiated in the marketplace.

This role should expect travel commensurate with 50% customer facingtime.

Wealth Management Luminary RoleRequirements

Executive presence and presentation skills amust

A standard bearer for Oracle s Cloud applications;Evangelist

Strong understanding of Wealth Managementissues, information systems, management issues, and current trends.

Experienced as a facilitator, diplomat, andnegotiator/mediator; expresses action-oriented and creative approaches toinformation systems issues and problems.

5-plus years of applicable experience from a WealthManagement Provider.

A good Luminary candidate may come from a WealthManagement organization, vendor or consulting firm.

Ability to listen effectively, respond tosensitive inquiries or complaints, cope with an ambiguous or changingenvironment and have an unfailing sense of humor

Strong planning, organization, criticalthinking, decision-making and communication (verbal and written) skills.

High degree of confidentiality, maturity,tactfulness and business ethics.
