Job Description

IBM is opening for an intern position. We are looking for Interns that can join our teams and participate in the execution of our service management projects. In this role, your contributions and new perspectives will be valuable in providing a high quality user experience to our customers.

The Project Management - Acces Managent provides project support through ownership and management of project documentationand reporting.

This role works under the direction of the Project Manager to assist in driving projects to successful completion.A suitable candidate needs to have the following skills:

Responsibilities :

  • Training regarding IBM as a corporation and IBM Romania - departments & activities

  • Soft skills training for certain abilities - communication,team work, planning& organizing, presentation skills

  • Assist in Project Reporting

  • Assist in Financial activities

  • Assist in Commercial activities of the PM office

  • Working with Project Team members

  • Assist the team and offer support, as necessary, to keep the project on track

  • Assist in driving the project to completion, as scheduled

  • Attending Meeting and Conference Calls

  • Reporting Project Status to Management

  • Create reports, charts etc. for reporting project status to management.

Requirements

  • Technical University studies: preferably in Statistics

  • English fluent

  • Advanced knowledge of the German language

  • Great reporting skills

  • Basic technical knowledge: Windows, Microsoft Office, SQL

  • Experience in technical support / customer service

  • Detail-Orientation

  • Communication skills

  • Analytical andproblem solving skills

  • Time management and prioritization skills are needed, as well as communication skills;

  • Pro-activeness and willing to bring innovation forward

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Technical University studies: preferred Statistics

• Microsoft Office, Windows- knowledge

• Project Management experience

• English language skills: Fluent

• German language skils: Fluent

• Good inter-personal skills and ability to work in teams

• Strong analytic and problem solving skills.

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

• Minimal experience in software development database (SQL/Oracle)/infrastructure (Windows, Linux, Solaris)/technical support projects during the studies or entry-level jobs
