IBM Production support specialist in BRATISLAVA, Slovakia

Job Description

Primary focus is on maintaining our integrated system to enable proposal generation and facilitate contract management including contract billing.

Main responsibilities concentrate on providing 2nd level support to our end user community, problem resolution through our standard problem management process and test case defiinition and execution. The specialist will need to perform and follow up on system/data integrity checks and support internal projects which aim to improve system's performance and availability. The person should continuously look for opportunities to automate manual work while making sure to bring added value to our end user community. The position requires Shift work as we support multiple GEOs.
