Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Responsible for championing successful delivery of cloud solutions portfolio through effective project leadership and thought leadership to help Oracle's global clients navigate their journey to the cloud. Manage the development and implementation of the cloud solution and partner with clients to establish an operating model for success in the maintenance of the cloud solution as well as embedding a model for continued innovation in the Cloud.

Responsible for managing large, complex multi stream business transformations. Leads the development of a business plan in assessing the client's readiness to adopt their cloud solution. Leads the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget.. Leads needs assessment and requirements gathering process directly with clients on business impacts - people, process, technology arising as a result of Oracle Cloud solution implementation. Leads the development and delivery assets and collateral through coaching, training and facilitating workshops for business stakeholders on own Cloud Adoption capabilities and evangelism marketing. Provide guidance and coaching to business stakeholders on capabilities. Responsible for driving process improvements for highly complex solutions. Stakeholder management up to C-Suite and leading business change activities across multiple work streams within a project, with minimal oversight. Empowered to take actions required to keep project on time and quality. Establishes negotiation guidelines and leads very complex negotiations with internal and/or external clients. Participates in business development activities. Ensures the development of Oracle Cloud governance across IT and business teams.

Acknowledged authority within the Corporation. Provides leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Demonstrated ability to present convincing ideas, facilitate group sessions, influence decisions and interact with all levels of client personnel. Demonstrated success in driving changes in business operations. Fundamental business knowledge with any of the following areas: Financials, Supply Chain, HCM, Sales Automation and/or Service Automation required. Ability to communicate effectively, build rapport with team members and clients. Negotiation skills are essential. 10-12 years relevant experience, including 5-7 years of consulting (Big 4 preferred) or equivalent business unit experience. Experience in IT project delivery, SaaS experience preferred. Knowledge of system implementation lifecycle, ideally with a focus on business change, process adoption, UAT, training and post go live support ideal. Prior team lead/project management experience. BA/BS degree in relevant specialty (IT, Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business) preferred. Ability to travel as needed.
