Position Title Group Management Assistant - Resources Power and Industrial

Job Summary

The Resources Power and Industrial group is seeking Group Management Assistant (GMA) to assist the Group Leader. This position will see you ensuring a small facilitation of workflow and administrative systems and provide support to their segment / discipline and business line as required.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and on-the-job training for administration staff

  • Ensure production and execution of all correspondence and proposals

  • Diary management and travel arrangements for the Group Director

  • Coordinate meetings including preparation of agendas and meeting minutes

  • Research, prepare, coordinate and disseminate information as required

  • Oversee flow of correspondence and other documentation for the Group Leader

  • Organise teleconferencing, web casting, video conferencing etc as required

Secondary Responsibilities

  • Assist Business Development team to format all bids and report documents ensuring

consistent with PDS & Salesforce requirements

  • Coordinate training requests for RPI Group and organise any related travel

  • Maintain Client Data Base

Minimum Requirements

We are looking for a professional who has strong attention to detail with well-developed interpersonal, presentation and communication skills who is able to maintain productive working relationships at all levels. You will be fluent in the use of Microsoft Office suite highly motivated and enthusiastic. It is key to this role that you will have a high level of interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years in a similar position, working within a close-knit team in a similar project

environment (mandatory)

  • Strong administration background in a fast paced demanding environment (mandatory)
