As a Project Manager you will be expected to work with the Senior PM or Associate PM Director to successfully manage and deliver capital investment projects.
Assist in the delivery of Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for their successful delivery
Ensure commissions are managed to the right quality standards and are completed efficiently and on time
To provide effective support to the Associates and Directors.
Develop strong relationships with clients and members of the cross-functional team
Identify business development opportunities with existing and new clients, including cross- selling opportunities
Be the interface with AECOM clients (New and Existing)
Provide leadership and mentoring to the junior members of the team
Manage the delivery of project management team outputs, in accordance with agreed time-scales and quality standards
Co-ordination and sign off on all management information produced by project management teams prior to issue
Able to take the lead role on complex projects and set strategies to deliver the project goals from brief, through procurement and construction to project handover stage
Extensive Commercial, Residential, Health and/or Education experience is desirable
Experience as Project Manager in a comparative business;
Excellent communication and organisational skills;
Professionally Qualified – ideally Project Management/ Construction/Engineering/Quantity Surveying Degree
Chartered Status with the RICS, CIOB, RIBA, ICE or other equivalent institution
APM affiliation preferred (as secondary accreditation)
Prince 2 or MSP experience
