The Customer Service Experience team is looking for a highly motivated leader with a record or driving successful programs and tools implementations. Qualified candidates have experience with customer lifecycle management tools and the organizations that use them. As Cloud Service Enablement Manager you will drive customer lifecycle tools improvement and uptake across Oracle, including sales, development, finance and support. In this role, you will be the expert on Oracle’s customer lifecycle tools and responsible for evolving those tools to meet the needs of the cloud services teams that use them. Responsibilities include capturing and communicating business requirements, performing product demonstrations, testing new functionality, driving product improvements with development, and evangelizing product value.

You will provide project updates to management, leads, and stakeholders within and outside of the organization. You will provide guidance on status of functional gaps and solutions and help prioritize development timelines. The ability to work with a both technical and non-technical stakeholders is critical. This role will demand the agility to change course as needed by the business and the flexibility to respond to fluctuations in priorities. Success relies on the ability to influence stakeholders more than authority. Strong candidates are comfortable working with cross-organizational teams, understanding technical product requirements, and articulating clear objectives and business cases.

Ideally, you will have 7-10 years of experience in customer success, sales, and/or customer lifecycle product management. Excellent presentation, communication and writing skills. Ability to multi-task and superior time-management and project management skills. Ability to handle diverse groups of employees, including an international audience. Excellent organization and prioritization skills with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience in sales enablement, customer success management, and product evangelism

  • Consultative approach to identifying, assessing and prioritizing requirements

  • Strong communication (written and verbal), presentation and facilitation skills

  • Flexibility, agility and problem solving skills to operate in a dynamic environment

  • Understanding of policies and processes in practice

  • Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud services, processes and sales tools preferred

  • Experience working with developers

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with product user community and development

  • Lead working groups to understand and communicate business requirements for broader product uptake

  • Serve as product expert through demonstrations, trainings and evangelism

  • Manage continuity of regular product releases, including test validation, bug/enhancement reporting, and new feature training


  • Degree level qualification minimum and relevant training qualifications would be an advantage.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization

  • s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8 plus years relevant work experience.
