Oracle Change Initiatives Senior Manager in Broomfield, Colorado

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8 plus years relevant work experience.

Change Initiatives Senior Manager, Food and Beverage Operations, Global Business Unit

This is an opportunity to support the General Manager and Executive team of the Food and Beverage General Business Unit through strategic analysis, interpretation, preparation of executive communication and analysis as well as strategic program management. You will be part of a select team supporting the executive team driving change and growth through global, cross-functional business initiatives.

Success in this role means you will be an expert with data and analysis with extraordinary Excel and PowerPoint skills to represent complex topics synthesized for clarity and simplicity. You will be accustomed to working directly with executives, be able to gather business requirements and to understand the big picture intent of the assignment readily. You will determine a recommended approach, be resourceful about data sources inside and outside Oracle and will be able to conduct complex analysis efficiently. Most importantly, you will know how to tell the big picture story behind the data and be able to create presentation materials and executive briefings that communicate conclusions in a compelling and persuasive way. You will understand strategy and business objectives as well as the building blocks that contribute to our organization s success. You will have experience with program and project management and you will eagerly take on projects that emerge from your recommendations to drive strategic change. You will be used to working at a fast pace under tight deadlines.

The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate:

6 years of relevant experience, with extraordinary analytical and personal communication skills.

Ability to produce high-quality internal executive deliverables including charts, presentation materials, executive briefings and reports.

Ability to build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers and work with a highly collaborative style.

Creativity and independent judgment and ability to influence at a high level in the organization.

Ability to work with a high sense of urgency and function in a fast-paced, complex environment.

Extraordinary Excel and Powerpoint skills.

Success in driving cross-functional change projects within a large organization.

Emphasis will be given to the candidate who demonstrates productive experience in the following areas:

Technology Industry experience is strongly preferred.

Demonstrated interactions with senior levels of an organization.

Change initiative and program management.

Management consulting background is preferred.

MBA is strongly preferred.

During the selection process, you will be asked to produce samples of your work including presentations, program updates and data analysis projects.

This position will be based in the US but the successful candidate may be expected to work outside of normal business hours due to the global focus of work and the need to accommodate colleagues in other time zones. This position may be suitable for a partially remote worker in several locations in the US. Ability to travel as needed is required but not expected to be more than 25% of time.
