As a Sales Consultant on the Industry Verticals team, you will manage an assigned list of Tier 2 clients across FinServ, Tech, Telco, Travel, Media & Entertainment verticals supporting both B2C and B2B use cases. You will be tasked with wearing hats to both consult and nurture these clients and their inbound needs, as well as the business development role of outbound activities to grow sales from this book of business.
A top priority will be assisting these clients in identifying the ODC audiences that are ideally suited for each of their top use cases. You will use ODC’s catalogue of digital audiences and media solutions to help provide clients with digital marketing recommendations and to ensure flawless execution and management of campaigns.
Other ODC solutions that may be applicable for your Tier 2 clients include CRM onboarding (OnRamp), Data Append, Custom (modeled) audiences, and you may also help clients maximize value from their Data Management Platforms (DMP).
You will have a rare opportunity to work across many verticals, solutions, and marketing challenges that are encompassed by a broad set of ODC solutions. This role is ideal for candidates that enjoy working directly with clients, conducting outbound activities to establish new relationships, and have a longer term passion in either a Sales or Solutions Consulting capacity.

Key responsibilities include:
You will be responsible for a specific, broad set of clients across verticals. You will satisfy both inbound requests from these clients, as well as a business development focus to grow revenues from your assigned book of business.
Possess detailed knowledge of ODC products and how they can be applied to support clients’ marketing objectives.
Develop a deep understanding of ODC audiences by vertical and specific use cases within each vertical.
Provide clients with a high level of strategic input and recommendations for digital targeting and media based on their marketing objectives.
Lead work streams for campaign planning and execution, which include audience builds, audience delivery, DMP management and campaign tracking.
Manage timelines and other details to ensure seamless campaign execution.
Collaborate with Solutions Consultants to provide proper guidance and recommendations to clients, as well as the Product Team to ensure correct use of products and provide marketplace insights for future product development work.
Help train and mentor new Associate Consultants.
Skills and Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or marketing with an agency, brand, or digital marketing services provider.
Interest in digital advertising, data-driven marketing, measurement analytics, and working with agencies, Media & Entertainment advertisers, and digital media providers
Must be an extrovert that is comfortable reaching out to open new client/agency relationships
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills is a must
Solid verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, work in teams and be flexible within a fast-paced and changing environment
Understanding of the digital media ecosystem and digital advertising techniques
Experience with client service preferred
BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Prefer strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills. Prefer 2 years of related experience with a secondary education in Marketing or a related field.
