The Sales Operations Analyst

will be a key member of the Sales Operations team for the Oracle Data Cloud

(ODC) Global Business Unit. As a Sales

Operations Analyst you will assist the Sales Operations team with pipeline

analysis, lead gen follow up, pipeline growth initiatives, and other ad-hoc

projects.

This role requires strong analytical capabilities, excellent follow

through, and the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines. By aligning directly

alongside all departments involved in the sales cycle, this role will create

and leverage effective lines of communication for clearer, solution-driven

sales strategies that will drive higher revenue.

Key Functions/Responsibilities

  • Own and drive ongoing pipelinegrowth initiative program within the GTM organization

  • Demonstrate value of statedinitiatives and execute through to completion resulting in increased salespipeline

  • Analyze account/product coveragewithin top Enterprise accounts and provide actionable recommendations toGTM teams

  • Collaborate closely with Marketingand ensure lead generation efforts are adequately supported and acted uponby sales organization

  • Provide ongoing analysis of leadconversion metrics from MQL through to deal closure

  • Represent sales operations and GTMorganizational requirements throughout ongoing system migration projects

  • Communicate at the executive levelwith a consistent, strong voice as a key part of the sales ops team

  • Collaborate within sales ops teamand take ownership of items including ad hoc projects, quarterly objectives,operational integration testing and roll out, etc.

Desired Skills andExperience

4-6

yrs. of experience in sales/marketing operations. SaaS & Ad Tech

experience highly preferred

Proven

track record of analyzing sales data and making recommendations to support

business success and grow pipeline

Executive

presence with the ability to communicate results and solutions to senior

leaders

Experience

with CRM and other sales tools

Ability

to manage multiple, time-sensitive projects simultaneously

Strong

time management and prioritization skills with aptitude to manage multiple

stakeholders in a given project

Self-starter

and ability to execute day-to-day with limited supervision

Bias

towards action, anticipation, and taking the next step and asking the next

question

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization

  • s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 8 plus years relevant work experience.
