Tasks & accountabilities
The Security Services Delivery Lead is able to demonstrate ownership of contracts and effective management of all engagements by:
Work with global and local teams, help organize teams for client delivery
Work closely with the global and local solution design teams in developing client presentations and SOWs
Establish strong relationship with the client stakeholders
Establishing the appropriate client governance.
Demonstrating mitigation and resolution of risks and issues through consistent and effective use of the Security Services Risk Management processes and tools (RPM), ensuring information reviewed regularly and kept up to date
Participate in security operations delivery, to varying degrees depending on the complexity and geography needs
Help to resolve operational issues as they arise

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
At least 6-8 years of experience of leading and delivering projects in a professional services firm
At least 4-5 years of experience of experience in working with security delivery teams
Strong Team leadership skills
Strong Stakeholder Capability – able to operate at all levels with the client and IBM
Ability to drive strong customer satisfaction within the accounts being delivered to strengthen the Security performance
Strong Team Leadership and Communication skills
Ability to work in an international context and excellent communication skills
Interpersonal skills with the ability to establish and working relationships in a project-based / client-serving model, and to work closely with people at different levels of an organization
English and French or Dutch is a mandatory language requirement
Readiness to travel 50% in Belgium
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
At least 10 years of experience of leading and delivering projects in a professional services firm
At least 10 years of experience of experience in working with security consulting teams
At least 4-5 years of experience in working in international deployment roles
At least 4-5 years of experience in management consulting
Security certifications would be an advantage.
Fluent in English, French and Dutch
