The Knowledge Manager is responsible to help the EMEA Customer Success organization-wide knowledge sharing, so that the organization’s know-how, information and experience is shared inside and (as appropriate) outside the organization with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include:
Develop a Knowledge Management strategy to collate, analyze and provide robust and detailed information, best practices and stories to the EMEA Tech Cloud Customer Success organization.
Contribute to improve existing processes and programs, and to inform the design of new and innovative projects and services.
Create and implement effective organizational tools for evaluating, assessing and communicating the impact of our work and the difference we make.
Through training, coaching and support, help Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to embed best-practice approaches to information and knowledge management into all areas of their work.
share good practice from CSMs and from elsewhere with other Lines of Business or CSM teams.
Desired Skills and Experience
Analytical with some experience in knowledge management and organizational learning.
Experience in data/feedback capture and analysis, in evaluating and assessing organizational impact and in using learning and evidence from data/feedback to improve organizational capacity and practice in Cloud adoption.
Knowledge of Cloud computing
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Confident and assertive
Very keen to learn new things, follow on market trends
Flexibility - this is a high growth area that requires agility
English is a must

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Drive maximum adoption of Oracle solution and identify/drive product expansion opportunities via high value relationship with the client.
Work with medium sized clients to develop long term partnership with our clients to ensure they remain successful by realizing the full value of their investment with us to ensure client continues/replenish/renews contract with Oracle. Responsible for maintaining a high level of client satisfaction by being a liaison between our clients and Oracle's internal operations. Identify product expansion/up sell opportunities. Responsible for sharing information across the CSM team via defined methods.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. 5 to 7 years of professional experience. Demonstrated experience in implementation or client facing relationship experience. Understanding of various technical architectures and operating systems. Industry experience is desired.
