EMEA BDG Senior Business & Compensation Analyst
The Tech Business Development Group in EMEA reports to Marketing and is a team of over 90 business development representatives across offices in Dublin, Bucharest, Cairo and Moscow.
The Analyst will be responsible for regular performance analysis for the 90 BDCs working in Technology as well as the monthly compensation process for the entire BDG organization ( 210 HC).
The Business Analyst role’s core activity involves finding the most relevant slices of data that will indicate the current state of the business and presenting those in a succinct manner. This implies recurrent analysis of lead volumes, pipeline creation, performance against targets and KPIs, as well as ad-hoc reporting as required by our stakeholders.
The compensation part of the role involves calculating the results and updating the Master Compensation File. After the results are calculated, the analyst will then put together the final achievements in an Achievement File that will be sent to Incentive Compensation. The analyst is also in charge of uploading the list of approvers in the Approval tool and making sure everyone approves on time, as well as sending the consolidated list of approvals to Incentive Compensation together with the results. Another important activity is monitoring any reporting issues that might impact compensation – fact checking the Headcount file, maintaining the BDCs’ territory hierarchy and creating territories for new hires, identifying and fixing any issues in SI that affect the BDCs results, answering any disputes related to past quarter achievements, etc. The role’s core activity involves calculating everyone’s results and ensuring good communication between BDG and Incentive Compensation.
Extract data from SI and calculate achievements by using Master Compensation File
Upload compensation documents on time on designated workspace
Obtain approvals from all Managers/Directors and upload them on workspace before deadline
Respond to any questions related to past achievements and rebalance if needed
Ensure headcount file is accurate and matches territory hierarchy
Weekly Performance reviews (Conv Rates, Lead Pipeline Management, Interactions stats) at FLM level
Weekly Productivity and Participation Stats
Weekly Inbound Volume, Conv Rates & Booked ARR trends analysis
Create and maintain SOP file for BDG
Weekly Team Performance report update
Run incentives and updates
Data Quality reports
Data Analysis for executive reviews
Bi-Weekly Forecast Analysis
Maintain compensation exception files
Maintain territory hierarchy in SI
Pipeline Progression & Sales Cycle Analysis
Fluency in English
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Very good computer skills (MS Office, especially Excel with good reporting skills)
Previous experience in reporting – min. 1 year
Process orientated and open-minded, in a fast changing environment
Well-organised and structured, ability to prioritize and multitask
Good numeracy and attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as a team member
