ECO Coordinator (Prod. Release and Change)
This position is responsible for controlling Oracle's PRCP (Prod. Release and Change) processes within GSL. Controlling Service spares in regards to part dispositions and set up within the Agile and Oracle GSI systems, as well as part substitutions.
Responsible for generating GSAP (Global Service Action Plans) to release or maintain GSL spare parts in the field and within GSL inventory. Effectively works with multiple organizations both internally and externally to resolve PRCP related issues.
GSL Services ECO Approver for all change orders in Oracle's Agile system.
The role will ensure:
Approve/Manage and Implement ECO's (Engineering Change Order)
FCO's (Field Change Order)
Manage MAL's (Minimum Acceptable Levels) for sustaining products.
Control GSI substitutions and 'Repair To' setups.
Assist in product escalations regarding FRUs.
Generate and release of GSAP's (Global Service Action Plan) / Summary Sheets
Control & manage Substitutions
Generate and submit PRT ( Product Release Template ) to PRG.
Attend regularly scheduled meetings with Time Zones to address specific material issues.
Attend Product Team/Ops Team/Materials Team meetings as required
Responsible for PRCP process documentation and procedures
SPOC for all PRT related issues for Substitution or 'Repair To' changes.
Experience and Skills
Ability to interpret technical data sheets and translate into action plans.
Ability to work to tight deadlines

Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization
- s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. Relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 2 plus years relevant work experience.
