ROLE DESCRIPTION:

This is a newly created role to ensure the quality of the data used by the Marketing organisation across all geographies and product lines in EMEA is up to a high standard of quality, accuracy and relevance.

You will be in charge of various projects related to contact data, account data or competitive intelligence data. This is a foundational role to ensure Marketing efficiency and effectiveness are improved and as such, you will liaise with a large variety of stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Liaise with Global Marketing Shared Services to ensure EMEA feedback is actioned in large data quality projects

  • Performs regular projects to improve data quality across Marketing and Sales systems in EMEA

  • Identify, compare, and resolve data quality problems

  • Evaluate large dataset for quality and accuracy

  • Determine business impact level for data quality issues

  • Determine root cause for data quality errors and make recommendations for long-term solutions

  • Work with a wide range of stakeholders across Marketing Strategy, Content, Field Marketing, Digital Marketing and Product specialists to get their inputs

  • Align with the Sales Operation organisation and with Sales programs on account-level initiatives

  • Liaise with external vendors as needed to run improvement and enrichment projects

  • Implements Ad-hoc projects as needed

  • Provide timely & accurate reports & analysis to Stakeholders on their requests. Communicate status proactively.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Comfortable with numbers, data, analysis & reports

  • Strong program and project management experience

  • Ability to learn new tools and systems quickly

  • Good Microsoft Office skills especially Excel and Power Point

  • Good understanding of business process

  • Creative problem solver, proactive approach to problems

  • Attention to detail and results oriented

  • Objective, creative, and diplomatic team player

  • Industry work experience in Marketing, Sales, Operations, Accounts or Finance

  • Very Strong communication skills: written and verbal

  • Fluent English speaker

  • Another European language such as French, German, Russian, Spanish, Italian… would be a plus

  • Flexible, disciplined and organised team player with ability to work within cross-functional, remote international teams without close day-to-day supervision

  • Educated to degree level, Bachler’s degree as minimum
