Responsibilities

  • Being part of a Global solutions team.

  • Partner with the business to define Business Practices and analyze specific business problems.

  • Participate in user acceptance testing on new products and versions

  • Work with Development teams to understand new capabilities and assist in resolving product gaps and enhance the product to better meet the market place.

  • Responsible for technical set-up of eBusiness Suite on test and production instances

  • Develop and action test plans and performance plans

  • Conduct product training for business/end-users

  • Develop and share best practice/technical/process documents

  • Contribute to Global Knowledge Repositories

  • Implementation/Customization/Coding extentions/Support of Oracle Fusion CRM modules

Skill Set

  • BS/MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems

  • Good functional skills in CRM and ERP modules

  • Knowledge of Field Services or Supply Chain Management

  • 5 years of experience Implementing/Supporting Oracle CRM/ERP applications.

  • Good experience in Java/JSP, SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle DB

  • Experience in SOAP/XML/Web Services,

  • Experience in Oracle SOA Suite, Oracle ADF, ODI, OBIEE a plus

  • Experience in design and development of web-based applications

  • Proficiency in relational database concepts

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong Customer Management skills

  • Strong Relationship Building Skills

  • Strong Team player in taking ownership of issues and resolving them

  • Self-starter/Enthusiastic/Broader perspective

Detailed Description and Job Requirements

Assists with analyzing complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.

As part of a software project implementation team, provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user needs. Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet business specifications. Designs details of automated systems. May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems. May lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

Job duties are varied and complex; independent judgment needed. May have project lead role. Prefer 5 years relevant experience and BA/BS degree.
