Within the EMEA/APAC/Japan Customer Success Operations Shared Services Center, you will ensure the daily update of engagements and opportunities in our internal systems, with help from Business Operations and Finance teams. Your role is crucial in order to maintain the data quality of our tools at a high standard.

This position also contains a 10% personal assistant responsibility. You would be in charge of the travel planning, expense reports and calendar maintenance for the BusOps Senior Director.


90% Services Admin:

 Updates systems as required in order to increase data quality

 Ensures that needed data is in the system and acts upon it

 Completing own role largely independently

10% Personal Assistant:

 Consolidating information from the team and presenting it to the managers

 Arranging travel, visas and accommodation

 Submitting the expense reports

 Organizing team meetings when requested

 Organizing and maintaining diaries and making appointments


  • Background / Experience:

 Student or newly graduate

  • Technical skills:

 Proficiency in MS Office suite

  • Soft skills:

 Fluency in English, both written and verbal - effectiveness and versatility in oral presentation as well as solid business writing skills

 Good organization, time management, and communication skills

 Pro-activeness , attention to details and self-motivation

 Willingness to continuously learn

 Problem solving

 Ability to work independently as well as in teams

 Willingness to 'roll up one's sleeves' and assist wherever needed

 Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
