The Oracle Sales Reference Fulfillment Team is an organization within Oracle Global Customer Programs composed of multilingual specialists trained to collaborate with and help the Oracle Sales Organizations accelerate their ongoing sales opportunities. Our group is dedicated to promoting customer focus, loyalty, and success.
Be an Expert in a specific focus area (e.g. Product Line, Industry Vertical, etc.)
Collate the required details about Reference Customers from various sources within the company (e.g. Internal Tools, Account Management, Sales, Product Development, Marketing etc.)
Help fulfill requests for Reference Customers from North America & Latin America Sales Teams, based on various criteria like Product(s), Industry vertical, Country/Region, Themes, Business Processes, etc, using the standard processes, policies and tools
Search for Customers / References in various internal sources for the right match
Educate / train people within the company on the standard model, processes and tools
Work closely with the in-country Reference Managers on specific opportunities as well as global stakeholders
Use communication media like WebEx, email, chat and phone extensively in connecting and collaborating with your colleagues within Oracle to help support and accelerate open deals
Facilitate successful collaboration between Oracle customers and prospects through best practices
Proactively provide reference information to a selected number of opportunities
Ensure that reference activities are captured in the reference system
Excellent communication skills
Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken) 2nd language (Portuguese; Spanish) would be a plus.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Responsible for driving the customer marketing strategy by defining, building and executing programs that deliver a steady stream of well-targeted customer reference assets and activities to support awareness, demand generation, and sales as well as connecting them with the right advisory initiatives and inviting and connecting them with the appropriate peer groups.
Follow a detailed plan that delivers a steady stream of customer success stories and references to support awareness, demand generation and sales cycles. Advocate on behalf of Oracle by connecting and enrolling them in appropriate advocate program elements and take a team-based approach to keeping customers engaged with Oracle. Match sales reference requests to appropriate references. The success of this role means higher customer satisfaction, retention and expansion of Oracle business. Acquire knowledge of our customer base, existing customer story content, mine and use that content to increase its effectiveness. Understand and support the needs of internal and external stakeholders, and communicate their needs. Connect them with the right advisory initiatives and invite and connect them with the appropriate peer groups. Motivate customers to speak to press and analysts, take sales reference calls, and participate in marketing activities (case studies, awards, videos, reference forums, speaking opportunities, etc.)
Job duties are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2 years related experience. Sales and Marketing experience in the IT industry. E-business Internet practical know-how.
