Primavera Partner Manager

is an opportunity to join the Primavera Global Business Unit of Oracle as
Partner Manager for the Northern and Eastern Europe region (Eastern Europe,
Austria, Germany, Netherlands and Turkey), reporting to the Senior Director
Sales Support (EMEA and India) .
The successful candidate
needs to be a dynamic and motivated self-starter, who thrives & functions
with a high degree of autonomy. The individual must demonstrate an ability to
drive revenue attainment and business growth through the Oracle Partner
The individual needs to be a competent professional with strong interpersonal
skills and an excellent communicator who is able to influence at the Executive
level as well as with primary contacts and decision makers within an organization.
Similarly they must be
accomplished at sharing, collaborating & portraying ideas across a broad
range of business areas to increase revenue growth.
Primary responsibilities include:
Revenue attainment for Channels business.
Monitoring the performance of partnersaccounts and identify areas of opportunity.
Ensuring partners are always in a highstate of revenue readiness.
Generateon-boarding,new market opportunitybusiness and partner plans.
Responsible for engaging support resources on qualified long-term and short-term businessopportunities.
Develops goto market partner sales strategies against forecast sales volumes.
Engages in key customer and channelopportunities and assists with the sales cycle in support of the region’ssales strategy.
Develop and maintain relationships thepartner network. This includes account planning and lead generation withchannel partners as well as building relationships and developingopportunities by effectively communicating and demonstrating thevalue of the Oracle Primavera solutions.
Facilitate high levels of communication to & fromPGBU Management Team to the partner network.
Develops and cultivates relationshipswith key channel partners.

Help partners answering ROI/RFP.
Support partner network revenue for the region.
Business planning & quarterly review with partners.
Channels sales program management.
Management of contracts, agreements, discounts.
Management of commercial escalations.
Ability to work without continues guidance.

Successful quota-driven sales experience inChannel/Distribution
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of sales cycles frominitial contact through the procurement process.
Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Willingness and ability to travel throughout coveredregion.
Thorough understanding of the EPPM competitivelandscape.
Great personal and interpersonal skills tomaintain excellent working relations with individuals from variousbackgrounds.
Experience in working in a multi-cultural environmentis a plus.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Develops third party sales channel and ensures partner achieve Oracle sales targets in the General Business space.
As a Channel Sales Representative you will pull partners into Oracle business opportunities and manage third party transactions resulting from the relationship. Identify and develop channel partners committed to selling Oracle products. Facilitate joint selling between channel partners and direct sales team. Increase revenue from partner sources and market share through a leverage partnering model. Identify and develop joint "go-to-market" strategies and lead generation opportunities. Provides accurate and timely management information and revenue forecasts. May educate partners in Oracle commercial practices. Maintains an understanding of Oracle technology and articulates Oracle propositions to partners and their customers. Manage transaction contracts, business practices, and deal booking issues. Work with marketing to plan marketing events for partners.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years field sales experience within the high technology industry. Previous marketing experience desired. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Negotiating skills and ability to influence. Knowledge of Oracle field sales cycle and partner program. Ability to travel as needed. Bachelor degree or equivalent.
