The

Project Manager Marketing Operations supports the EMEA & JAPAC

Marketing organization in achieving its business goals. Position

operates across all of the EMEA countries.

SCOPE:

  • Report to the Head of Programme Manage Management office with a strong

alignment to the Oracle Digital Demand Generation team

  • Manages and supports planning, implementation and execution of the Digital Marketing Campaigns

  • Member of the Strategy & Operations, EMEA & APAC Digital Demand Generation extended team

  • Liaises with other EMEA & JAPAC Mktg Operations Team Members,

Digital Demand Generation team members, Corporate Marketing functions

and External Agencies

RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Project management of large marketing campaigns

  • In collaboration with PMO, Digital Demand Generation teams and agencies

to ensure follow up and on-time delivery of campaigns

  • Assist in the monitoring of the overall campaign execution and performance

  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve speed of execution or potential risks to the business

  • Responsible for delivery of all aspects of a multiple big concurrent campaigns on-time and on-budget

  • Anticipate issues and keep project team on-track at all times

  • Maps and analyses processes and produces suitable documentation

  • Job duties are varied and can be complex utilizing independent judgment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous experience in a similar position is highly preferred.

Ideally, some knowledge/experience in working with a marketing

organisation

  • Expert level of project management with a proven

track record. Formal project management certification (Agile, PMP,

Prince2 etc.) is highly preferred

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to Senior director level

  • Very well-organised and structured, ability to prioritize and multitask

  • Good attention to detail

  • Customer and results oriented

  • Flexibility to operate in a matrix structure with a good level of business engagement experience

  • Very good computer skills (MS Office, especially Powerpoint, Excel and MS Project)

  • Fluent English is a must, Asian language highly welcome

  • Working with a flexible schedule may be required
