IBM Project Office Management in BUCHAREST, Romania
The Project Office Management provides support through ownership and management of project documentation and facilitation of project team communications. This role works under direction of the Project Manager to assist in driving projects to successful completion.
This role provides project support through:
Ownership and management of project documentation
Facilitation of project team communications
Sets up the project control book, enters data, tracks issues and changes
Produces status reports
Handles financial and procurement transactions.
Supports general contract management through asset a management, audit readiness, financial process support, issues management, measurements reporting, project plan execution and, where applicable, request for service.
Works under the direction of the Project Manager to assist in driving project to successful completion.
Project related activities:
Assist in Project documentation creation
Review and update Project documentation
Keep the project task plan up-to-date
Keep track of project financials (budget, claim, travel costs invoicing)
Conduct re-planning when project end changes as determined by customer management and project management
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Team working skills
An organized approach/ Logical thinking/ detail orientation
Ability to learn fast
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
Bachelor's degree in Economical or Technical field
Work experience with Project management tools and methodology
