Senior Graphic Designer
You will be joining our
Digital Creative Hub and will create design assets in support of the
communications campaigns. You will flex your skills working in a creative team,
alongside other designers & developers.
5 years provenexperience in designing branding materials & digital content
Strong experience in designing modern web experiences,including websites, microsites, applications, various digital assets (banners,icons, interactive elements etc.), layouts for newsletters, print materials(posters, postcards, special executions) etc.
Strong understanding of:
Modern Photography styles and themes
Typography (styles / weights / usage)
Minimalist & Contemporary designstyle
PhotoManipulation to derive fresh new concepts in Photoshop
Understanding / abilityto execute on latest design trends (responsive design, mobile first, minimaldesign, fluid design etc.)
The ability to manage andcomplete the entire design project lifecycle from concept to implementation
Ability to providereasoning behind your design decisions and propose solutions to designchallenges.
We’re seeking acombination of raw ability, adaptability and potential:
Advanced skills of AdobeCreative Cloud
Experience with AfterEffects and Adobe XD (or a similar prototyping tool)
Familiarity with HTML,CSS
Good English, bothwritten and verbal, plus communication skills to pitch ideas clearly
Ability to prioritizework and effectively execute multiple tasks simultaneously
Passion for design,brands, consumer trends and creative movements
Attention to detail, acreative eye and bags of enthusiasm
Equally important areexcellent organization and the ability to work with tight deadlines.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.
Integrate advertising into the marketing campaigns, exercising judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques for best practice / creative solution. As a recognized authority and leading contributor maintain regular interface between the division and Corporate. Plan and manage pan-geography corporate and local campaign media plans. Plan, manage and implement corporate and local campaign advertising creative. Manage tier 2 local advertising and arrange sign off with Corporate. Integrate all advertising across the communications mix. Maintain and communicate brand advertising guidelines. Oversee partner advertising. Develop and manage brand communications audit. Measure advertising effectiveness.
Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. 8 years relevant work experience. A proven track record in advertising across line-of-business and/or geography as an account manager, with experience of creative production and media buying.
