Job Title: Business Analyst - EMEA & APAC Digital Demand Generation
Location: Any EMEA/APAC
Reporting to: Senior Director Research and Analytics- EMEA & APAC Digital Demand Generation
The Role has two principal functions:
To apply a business analysis driven approach to ensure optimization of
the outcomes of EMEA & APAC Digital Demand Generation team
activities, working closely with Sales organizations.

Support marketing leaders in extracting insights that support business optimization
Deliver training and ad hoc support for end users on datasets and tools
Support delivery of regular reporting of the “end-to-end” Digital
generation processes (including the BDG processes) to marketing and
Support the evolution of existing reporting approaches to improve communication clarity
Ensure analysis is fully aligned with business goals
Run focus groups to support the building of campaign messaging
Attend Executive & Management meetings (internal and external) to present analysis and researches
Qualifications & Skills Required
- 5/7 years of corporate business and data analysis experience with the
capability to deal with Field Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing and BDG
stakeholders at senior level.
Strong analytical and Business Intelligence skills.
Deep knowledge of Marketing and Sales disciplines and processes with a
focus on Modern Marketing practices (Social Media, Digital/web, SEO/SEM,
Marketing Automation, Content led Marketing, Inbound, Personas, Buyers
Enterprise software and technology experience highly preferred
Relationship building skills with gravitas and ability to earn respect
and to drive change to a senior level within Marketing and Sales.
Expert level knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel and Powerpoint
Knowledge of Sales and Marketing Automation systems.
Strong written and verbal communications skills in English.
Ability to navigate large, complex & matrix organizations.
