IBM Project Administrator (Intermediate German) in BUDAPEST, Hungary
This role provides project support through ownership and management of project documentation and facilitation of project team communications. A Project Administrator sets up the project control book, enters data, tracks issues and changes, produces status reports and handles financial and procurement transactions. They support general contract management through asset management, audit readiness, financial process support, issues management, measurements reporting, project plan execution and, where applicable, request for service. They work under the direction of the Project Manager to assist in driving projects to successful completion. The employee focuses on individual/team objectives and development of professional effectiveness.
Professional knowledge related to incumbent's position, team, and department. Requires ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develop skills.
Draw upon professional concepts to collaborate with others to carry out assigned duties. Negotiation is required.
Recognize job-related problems. analyze causes using existing techniques or tools, prepare and recommend solution alternatives. Challenge the validity of given procedures and processes with the intent to enhance and improve.
Works on professional projects;work is often reviewed for developmental purposes.
Understand the standard mission of the professional group and vision in own area of competence. May directly influence people in own project. Position may require coordination of activities of less experienced or less knowledgeable team members.

Shared Service Center experience in O2C (order to cash) post-sales or billing/invoicing functions
