As a Senior Business Process Project Manager, you will develop, implement and operate the Process and System Improvement and Knowledge Management agenda of the Commercial Operations Hydraulics EMEA department, making sure that it is in alignment with the regional division’s strategic dimensions.

You will provide project management and IT technical skills and expertise to deliver projects with tangible business benefits or increased customer satisfaction.

Your key deliverables:

· Identify and coordinate process improvement activities to leverage best practices and to achieve maximum standardization and efficiency. Provide day to day process and system support in the Customer Service team.

· Improve execution of process quality and efficiency.

· Ensure appropriate process documentation for compliance and training purposes.

· Lead complex, cross-functional projects within the concept of continuous improvement, simplification, standardisation and automation

· Lead automation developments (Excel, VBA, SharePoint, Oracle SQL, etc.) test releases and provide user trainings. Translate business requirements to IT developers and external service providers

· Lead process review and innovation through project management and execution, realized in operational excellence and increased customer satisfaction.

· Assist the organization with change management efforts

· Develop positive relationships with a diverse global team across multiple locations and time zones

· Supports development and improvement of other tools for the Sales and Product Management, Pricing, MarComm and Customer Service

· Handle the onboarding related tasks for a new business as well as changes in the existing businesses.

· Provides technical expert support to CSRs

· Supports deployment and implementation of processes and best practices

· Assures continuous knowledge sharing within the Customer Service teams for best practices

· Proactively acts to understand and solve customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard task/queries

Qualifications

Are you?

Required:

· Master of Science or equivalent Technical Degree (Business Administration/Engineering Information Technology)

· 5+ years of experience working in large multinational environment in the area of Process Improvement, Customer Service and/or Training

· 5+ years of experience in IT Service/Project Management including supporting BAU Operations and Project requirements

· Proven track record of delivering process developments, transformations and/or transitions

· Advanced MS Excel skills

· Good working knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, MS Project)

· Proven track record of delivering process developments, transformations and/or transitions

· Excellent report writing skills

· Fluent English, any other spoken languages is a plus

· Excellent communication skills both oral and written

· Strong ability to work cross functionally with remote colleagues and teams

· Customer focused mindset

· Project management and documentation skills

· Change management skills

Desired:

· Experience in SQL programming for business (T-SQL, MySQL, PLSQL, Access SQL) and VBA coding (Microsoft Access, Excel and Outlook), knowledge of C# for scripting components is a plus

· Understanding of database server platforms (Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle)

· Preferable experience with Business Intelligence tools (Oracle BI, Power BI)

· Six Sigma Green Belt / other process development certification

· PMP or similar project management certification
