Job Description

Within the IBM Client Innovation Centre our professionals offer high level engineering service and ensure the operation of business-critical IT systems of different customers. Currently we are looking for a SIEM ADM Colleague to be part of the team to support multiple Customers. Responsibilities will include managing user access, verifying availability, monitoring database loads, managing application performance, capacity and availability, monitoring disk space, verifying log continuity and log management reports, application problem determination or problem source investigation, monitoring SIEM system patches and upgrades, installing application patches as needed and verification that backups are running and complete.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Solid Linux/UNIX admin-level knowledge (2+ years)

  • CCNA level skills with UNIX and/or MS specific network knowledge

  • interest in security technologies and best practices

  • Good analytical thinking

  • At least high-intermediate English language knowledge

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • multiple years of experience in IT Security with IBM QRadar or other SIEM systems (e.g. ArcSight)

  • One or more professional certifications such as: CISSP, CISA, CISM, CEH, CPISI, MCSE, CCNP

  • ITIL knowledge and/or foundation certification

  • High-intermediate Hungarian language knowledge
