IBM Talent Acquisition Coordinator and Transition Focal (German speaking) in BUDAPEST, Hungary

The Talent Acquisition Hub located in Budapest, is providing recruitment services to a number of countries in Europe. We are now looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator who is fluent in German. You will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, keep track of ongoing hires and projects, you will keep in contact with the in-country hiring teams and by having a proactive approach you will ensure that the process is enhanced as appropriate. Your main responsibility will be the onboarding of the new hires for Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Besides you will be working together closely with the HR Transition Team and coordinate the HR background checks for the acquisition and outsourcing (A&O) deals in the European Major Markets. The role will require diligent maintenance and follow-up of tasks as per the project checklist agreed with the transition team. Besides this provides an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment process, and it will broaden customer service skills.

The ideal candidate has experience in working in teams and sharing responsibilities, has great communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, has a proactive and responsible approach and has some experience within HR, Recruitment, or similar areas. She/he has good time management skills with an ability to prioritize effectively and must be able to work under own initiative and demonstrate assertiveness and the ability to liaise with professionals at all levels in the organization. Good understanding of IBM business is an advantage. Any additional European language is a plus.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • German: Fluent

  • English: Fluent

  • General interest in HR

  • Good customer service skills

  • Data oriented and familiar with team coordination

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • At least 1 year experience in working in HR or multinational service center

  • Experience in project work is preferred

  • One additional European language is preferred
