IBM Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Fluent French and German ) in BUDAPEST, Hungary

If you are looking to advance in Human Resources, join our team of multilingual professionals! A chance to gain experience and develop within HR. The Talent Acquisition Hub located in Budapest, is providing recruitment services to a number of countries in Europe. We are now looking for a recruitment associate who is fluent in French or German. You will be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process, keep track of ongoing hires and projects, you will keep in contact with the in-country hiring teams and by having a proactive approach you will ensure that the process is enhanced as appropriate. Your responsibility will be to complete the offer form of the candidates, track if all approvals are gathered and check if everything is in place before the offer is released. You will be also creating offer letters and contracts for France and Switzerland. The role will provide an in-depth knowledge of the recruitment process, and it will broaden customer service skills.

The ideal candidate has experience in working in teams and sharing responsibilities, has great communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills, has a proactive and responsible approach and has some experience within HR, Recruitment, or similar areas. She/he has good time management skills with an ability to prioritize effectively and must be able to work under own initiative and demonstrate assertiveness and the ability to liaise with professionals at all levels in the organization. Good understanding of IBM business is an advantage.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • French and German: Fluent

  • English: Intermediate

  • General interest in HR

  • Good customer service skills

Preferred Tech and Prof Experience

  • At least 1 year experience in working in HR or multinational service center

  • Additional German or French language is preferred
