As Trainer – Electrical Customer Care, you will be responsible for creating training framework for CC. Create core training material on core processes and tools. Constant soft skill training for all CC staff considering the variety & cultural expectations of our customers in the EMEA region. Train all new members of the newly formed, and continuously growing remote sales team.
Your main duties:
Builds Eaton Care training material based on core processes
Builds Eaton Care training material to teach new hires how Eaton E2E operations work
Create country specific training material for soft skills specific to our customer base in countries (Soft skills, customer complaint handling skills, business email writing skills, business acumen skills, proactivity, representing the customer’s interest internally)
Maintain country specific training materials & review them with CSO’s to ensure training program fits customer management strategies in country
Delivers training sessions for new hires
Delivers training sessions for individuals needing refreshment training based on performance measurement findings
7 Works with the CI lead &knowledge manager to update training material
Builds training material & supports operations leadership to train team leaders
What we are looking for:
College or University qualification
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a training related role
Deep understanding of cultural, verbal & written communication styles of European customers/end-users expectations.
Mentoring & coaching.
Excellent communication skills.
Understanding the needs of X & Y generations of training programs.
Experience with ERP, case management sytems
Computer skills – Must be fluent in the use of standard software, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
