The Business Analytics Specialist will work closely with out Business Relationship Management team to consult on and develop solutions to apply our analytical and visualization tools to solve business objectives.

Fundamental Components:

Develops and supports thorough business case and external customer value analysis to determine selection, prioritization positioning and approach for broadest range of potential solutions (e.g., outsourcing, process improvements, technology solutions)Participates in and supports metrics integration and execution for optimal results.Communicates compelling and concise results to empower client groups in decision making process regarding project opportunitiesSupports initiative planning as required. Supports engagement using a disciplined repeatable methodologyGathers, analyzes and synthesis business intelligence to drive achievement of less complex strategic business objectives


Knowledge of business analytics required.Experience in visualization toolsets required.


The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Telework Specifications:

Considered for any US Location; training period required in Hartford office required as well as for staff/project meetings.
