This Affiliate Marketer will be responsible for cultivating and managing new and existing partner affiliate relationships and campaigns. This person will be tasked with driving traffic, leads and sales to meet our growth goals. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, highly-driven multi-tasker with relationship building skills, strong analytical skills, affiliate or partnership management background, and ability to drive success cross functionally.
Fundamental Components: · Drive channel acquisition performance through partner strategy, product/offer strategy, and content/creative strategy on partners sites and landing pages· Manage relationships with key affiliate partners; understand drivers of performance and identify opportunities to increase volume· Advance customer segmentation and targeting strategy for the program by increasing use of digital data to improve the prospect experience and increase conversion rates· Report on acquisition performance including traffic, leads, conversion rates· Work cross-functionally with web, creative, marketing and sales team members to analyze, test, and optimize landing pages and lead-to-sale conversion funnels· Meet regularly with partners (via phone and in person as needed) to strengthen relationships
10+ years experience implementing and optimizing partnership programs
Experience with search, affiliate and social advertising platforms desired
Experience with online/digital marketing and media buying models
Data-driven thinking, with experience synthesizing data into actionable insights
Experience working cross-functionally, managing external marketing and internal stakeholders/clients
Strong understanding of marketing technology capabilities and ability to lead / leverage
Up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in online marketing
Prior experience in performance marketing and DTC / eComm environments
Self-starter, agile, and strength in being fluid + flexible
BS required, MBA or equivalent work experience with proven results a strong plus
Some Travel Required
The highest level of education desired for candidates in this position is a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
