THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON BID AWARD.

Summary:

The CMMS Administrator manages the Computerized Maintenance Management System to ensure contract requirements are fulfilled.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor personnel and subcontractors on-site working on corrective and/or preventative maintenance work orders under established El CEntro Service Processing Center standards of conduct.

  • Monitors weekly departmental expenditures, budget control, assigns purchase order numbers, and tracks on CMMS.

  • Provides reports, graphs, trend analysis, and other data reports from the CMMS at the request of the Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.

  • Responsible for work reception, planning, estimating, scheduling, and assigning as well as analyzing and reporting work status and performance.

  • Manage and utilize the CMMS to assist in the effective and efficient control of scheduled and unscheduled services.

  • Interface with facility occupants.

  • Will contribute to implementation, application, and updating the Quality Control program.

  • Inventory all incoming materials, supplies, and tools into the CMMS.

  • Implement and perform weekly quality control inspections for work orders in the CMMS.

  • Serve as main point of contact for questions that may arise regarding any data in the CMMS.

  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications : (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.)

  • Must have a minimum of at least two (2) years in entering and closing work orders and maintaining and operating a CMMS to manage/dispatch and report the work of the company, as required by the contract.

  • Ability to obtain Homeland Security clearance/DHS

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Highly qualified and possess general supervisory operation maintenance experience.

  • Possess specific management experience in operations, maintenance or asset management.

  • Must have experience in purchasing, budget, and quality control.

  • Must have experience training, evaluating staff, and strong organizational skills.

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision.

  • The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.

  • During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
