Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations.
Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales operations. Reviews capital expenditures and analyzes sales-related expenses associated with such things as the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity and goal attainment. Performs regular variance analysis for expenses and budgets. Evaluates pricing structures to ensure fit with company objectives. Effectively incorporates client delivery schedules and operational changes into future revenue forecasts and revenue timeline considerations. Maintains and enhances sales force automation systems, product/service costing models, and margin management tools/systems to effectively monitor and manage revenue/expenses. May develop sales quote tools.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Typically graduate or equivalent with 0 - 2 year experience.

This opportunity is to focus on supporting the Operations for our Global BDR Program. In this role, you will make an impact on a daily basis by helping maintain dashboards, producing regular KPIs and performance metrics for our Senior Leadership, and working with stakeholders to increase conversion rates through various initiatives. This position requires a strong communicator that will work well collaborating across different areas of our business. This is an ideal role for a candidate who is looking to take their analytical skills to the next level and be comfortable with working on projects on an ad-hoc basis.
Publish dashboards and KPI portlets for the BDR Management and BDR Organization
Help oversee the BDR Operations email alias for questions that are being asked from BDRs
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly attainment data
Manage communication between Sales Operations Analysts and the BDR Program
Help support the BDR Operations Manager with change initiatives for the BDR and Direct Sales Organization
Run regular focus groups between BDRs and Direct Sales Reps
Work with the BDR Enablement organization to maintain BDR Operations training content
Support and deliver local Operations trainings
Ad-hoc data analysis and reports as needed
