The SAP Order Fulfillment Consultant has experience in designing/configuring business processes in SAP MM/SD including: sales orders routing and data flow; definition of sales order types; material determination/listing and exclusion, output determination, requisitioner variants, sourcing implications on order fulfillment options, automatic materials release, global ATP Check integration/interfaces, backorder management, manual sales order processing rules, processing of CASREP & NMICs/PMIC requisitions, MOV process, bounceback procedures, Auto PPR/PIR/BPR maintenance, and SMA/CWT.

This position is located in Mechanicsburg, PA.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 10+ years of SAP experience.

  • 7+ years Navy ERP (SAP) experience within the past ten years.

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) Order Fullment experience (in a Tier 3 envionrment preferred) with knowledge of NALCOMIS, Shipbuilding, Transaction Item Reporting (TIR).

  • Knowledge of Navy ERP in (SAP) financials postings, requirements, dependencies, and impacts.

  • Experience in sustainment resource planning and release scheduling supporting system change requests, defects, customer reported incidents, system upgrades, system performance tuning and role updates and changes.

  • Experience in using Solution Manager to manage and test configuration / development effort through the production landscape.

  • Experience in software development life cycle surrounding requirements gathering, analysis, design, development, documentation, test, implementation, and post production supporting various SAP modules.

  • Knowledge in new emerging technologies such as SAP HANA or equivalent.
