As full-stack developers, full-stack Solutions Engineers need to be proficient, if not fluent, in more than one layer of the stack. Thus, we are searching for IT professionals knowledgeable in systems, network, databases, middleware, and application development.

Key Responsibilities for This Role
Help our customers addressing their business challenges,
Assist Sales, SEs and partners to drive Oracle IaaS & PaaS sales across EMEA,
Solution demonstrations/presentations to our customers, Drive/develop Proof of Concepts,
Maintain up-to-date knowledge and expertise in Oracle PaaS,
Less than 10% of travel.Experience/skills needed
Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science or similar
Experience as a Solutions Engineers, presales, consultant, developer or architect in :
Systems & network,
Middleware :API management, Application integration, or SOA,
Application development :J2E, micro services or full-stack development,
Data management: database, data integration or DBA.
Very good understanding of Cloud solutions & market trends with focus on PaaS,
Fluent English is required, fluent in other languages would be an advantage
Native level of Italian
Experience in customer facing activities (consulting or SE) would be an advantage,
Experience working with industry leading IaaS or PaaS solutions would be an advantage.

Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
As a Staff Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate Oracle product
- s strengths, features, benefits, and competitive advantages. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products.
Duties and tasks are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures.3 - 5 years business experience preferred; vendor experience also preferred. 3 years relevant computer applications or database/tools preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Knowledge of system and application design preferred. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel as needed. BA/BS degree or equivalent preferred.
