Eaton Corporation Field Service Engineer in Cape Town, South Africa

Promotes product sales to existing customers and identifies potential new customers. Develops proposals, assesses customer needs in order to recommend appropriate products/services. May customize product in order to meet client requirements. Provides technical support to clients after the sale of the product, troubleshoots technical problems. May provide technical training to customers staff. Recommends product improvements to design staff in response to customer feedback.



AC and DC installation


Fault finding and repair of UPS Systems internally and in the field.


Battery replacement


Site survey and electrical environment analysis


Diagnostic of MCCs, VSDs, Power distribution (1st level)


Compile site analysis report


Build customer trust relationship


Promote / sale EESA service offers


Prepare monthly report related to service activity


Participating stand by service


Extensive travelling national and abroad


National Diploma (N-Dip), National Technical Certificate (N6) or higher

Wireman’s license will be a bonus

UPS knowledge

MS office tools skills
